Two for the Price of one--first up: Big Fatty

I have been neglecting my baby, my little blog baby that is....So today you get two for the price of one (okay, I know, I know, it's free!).  First up: how I am becoming increasingly "chubby."
Yeah, I see my waistline growing steadily....Personally, I don't think I could lose the weight even if I really wanted to.  I have tried gyms, diets, giving up my favorite drink of choice (soda), but my body likes food, and I am fine with that.
My sister sent me some pics the other day of when I was much younger and MUCH thinner...It depresses me to look at those shots, knowing that I will never be that thin again.  But hey, I like my Big Macs, I like my soda, even if my body is slowly becoming a Mormon Blimp.  Maybe I need an intervention....Okay, off to eat four pancakes for breakfast.

  1. Yo bro...you CAN lose the weight. First of all you know I am a fitness buff. So with this new job of mine, I've lost around 16 pounds around the belly since I began this job because it is a physical job. With that said, if you REALLY want to lose the weight you can. NO ONE can get back their body of early years so erase that from memory. The first thing you have to do is get rid of the soda and if you need to drink it, go diet soda. Secondly, food like McDonalds is poison. Melba and I eat mostly whole wheat products and she too is now losing weight at a pretty good rate. Who doesn't like to eat? Just eat smart. Salads, non-fried food, but the bottom line with dieting is exercise. Cardio is the only way you will lose the weight. Good luck!
